Start with a Separate Channel

  1. Channel Setup

    Create and verify your new YouTube channel (if you haven’t already). To enable us to schedule and publish localized content, please grant Manager permissions to the following email:

  2. File Management

    Section titled “File Management”

    Once you share the gmail address you’d like us to use, we’ll add you to a dedicated Google Drive unit in Memoria’s workspace. You don’t need to create anything—just upload your content when ready.

  3. Input Required

    You can share your existing assets so our editors can maximize quality and efficiency. Below is a breakdown of the files commonly used in production:

    • For the video Sample_02.mp4 we only have the background music.

    • For the video Sample_04.mp4 we don’t have any assets; we will recreate the audio and redo the on-screen text.

Our Production Workflow

Each video we localize passes through a human-driven production pipeline, designed for precision, emotion, and audience connection. All stages are managed by our Project Managers.

  1. Translation & Script

    We create a culturally and linguistically adapted script, with timestamps, for perfect alignment with voice and subtitles.

  2. Voice Recording

    Section titled “Voice Recording”

    Professional voice actors record lines with emotional range and lipsync accuracy. You can either approve a selected voice or let us match one based on your content’s tone and audience.

  3. Audio Editing

    Section titled “Audio Editing”

    Once recordings are approved, we build a full audio track. If a clean video version exists, we retain original SFX and music. If not, our team recreates missing sounds (Foley) to ensure natural immersion.

  4. Video Editing

    We localize on-screen elements and sync it to the new audio.

  5. Publishing & Growth Support

    Our Community Managers are here to help your localized channel grow. We’ll schedule videos, optimize titles and descriptions, select ideal formats and post times, and monitor results across platforms. This ensures your content connects with new audiences, not just in language but in strategy.
